    Capital Management Partners, LLC, is an independent investment firm owned and managed by John (Jack) F. Bevilacqua, ChFC®, AIF®, and Richard A. Robb, CFP®, AIF®.

    The firm’s nine investment professionals—the two partners and seven financial consultants—have more than 170 years' combined experience in financial services. There is nine capable support staff to provide quality service and to allow the advisors the ability to focus on both the big picture and to help clients take the steps toward pursuing their objectives.

    John (Jack) Bevilacqua

    ChFC®, AIF®

    Jack has worked in the financial services industry since 1974. He is a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), a Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), a FINRA Series 24 registered securities principal, and a FINRA Series 7 and 63 registered representative and Investment Adviser Representative registered with Commonwealth Financial Network®. Jack cofounded Capital Management Partners, LLC, in 1996. He earned his BS/BA from Suffolk University.

    On a personal note, Jack was on the board of directors for Family & Children's Services of Greater Lynn for 20 years and also served as past president. He is a member of the Lions Club and Camp Lion and is a past president of both. He is a longtime supporter of the Pan-Mass Challenge and has been a seven-time rider in the two-day 192-mile bike ride to raise money for cancer research. Jack is married, has two sons, and lives on the North Shore of Boston.

    In 2004, Jack launched his own local cable television show, Money Talk with Jack Bevilacqua. The program provides education and information about issues affecting all aspects of financial planning through his discussions with guest experts. The program continues to tape monthly and is currently viewed regularly in 40 New England communities and available to public access stations nationally.     Richard Robb

    CFP®, AIF®

    Rich has worked in the financial services industry since 1983 and cofounded Capital Management Partners, LLC, in 1996. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional; a FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative; and an Investment Adviser Representative registered with Commonwealth Financial Network®. In January 2015, Rich celebrated his 25th year working with Commonwealth.

    Rich divides his time between the Peabody, Massachusetts, and Albany, New York, offices. The Albany office was established in 2008.

    Rich is a member of the International Association of Financial Planners and of Commonwealth's Retirement Advisor Council. He is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and licensed to sell various insurance products. He earned his BS from Colorado State University.

    On a personal note, Rich is married and has three daughters. Northern Lake George, New York, is Rich’s favorite summer getaway destination and Waterville Valley, New Hampshire, is his favorite winter destination. Rich serves on his church’s endowment committee and coordinates much of the activities for a Massachusetts-based cycling group with which he is associated. He is also a member of MeOH Power, Commonwealth Financial Network’s Retirement Advisor Council, the T. Rowe Price Partner Exchange, and the Fidelity Advisor Panel, North Shore Technology Council and the Sabbath Day Point Water Users Association.

     

    John J. Gregorio

    CFP®, AIF®, CFS®

    John is a trusted financial consultant with Capital Management Partners, LLC, and a founding partner with Teacher Retirement Solutions, LLC. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, John works with educators, individuals, families, and professionals to help maximize their wealth potential throughout their lifetime and for future generations. He carefully listens and understands each client's current financial situation, goals, needs, time frame, and risk tolerance. Then, he focuses on designing and implementing tailored financial wealth programs and meaningful solutions in a wide range of financial matters, from risk management, investments, and tax strategies to qualified and nonqualified retirement and benefit plans for businesses. John also concentrates on retirement income planning and generational wealth planning for people nearing or in retirement. Having held positions at other prominent financial planning, investment, insurance, and banking institutions, John has the broad-based experience necessary to work with all aspects of his clients' financial needs.

    John graduated with a bachelor's in accounting from Boston College and has earned the prestigious CFP® certification. The CFP® certification remains the most highly respected and nationally recognized certification in the financial planning field. As a registered representative and Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®, member FINRA/SIPC, John holds the FINRA General Securities Registered Representative (Series 7) and Combined Investment Advisor-Uniform State Law (Series 66) registrations. He also holds state life, accident, and health insurance licenses.

    Particularly appreciated by his clients is John's talent for conveying complex financial terms and situations into usable information that is easily understood. Honesty, integrity, and compassion are words often used to describe John in his work with clients. John takes pride in working with families and successful businesses throughout New England.

    John; his wife, Tara; and their children, Jack and Ella, live in the Merrimack Valley. They take pleasure in frequent visits to extended family in the area and also enjoy spending time at the beach.

    Thomas E. (Tom) Dexter

    CFP®

    Tom is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, an Investment Adviser Representative, and a FINRA Series 7 and 66 registered representative with Commonwealth Financial Network®. Tom joined Capital Management Partners in 2015 and has practiced financial planning since 2003. He earned his BS in metallurgy and materials science from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

    Tom's professional focus is on long-term financial planning for individuals, including management of risk and liability concerns. Tom specializes in developing retirement plans for individuals preparing for retirement and on distribution and income management for active retirees. His practice also includes developing and maintaining retirement plans for small businesses.

    Tom currently serves on the board of directors of Gloucester Adventure Inc., the operators of the Gloucester, Mass. restored flagship fishing schooner Adventure. He is a member of the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Gloucester, Mass., where he serves on the board as well. A lifelong racing sailor, Tom is active in the Rhodes 19 class and is a member of the Sandy Bay Yacht Club in Rockport, Mass. 

    Tom’s hobbies include woodworking, crossword puzzling and gardening, especially with rhododendrons.  He has competed in the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament, the nation’s oldest and largest crossword competition.

    Tom and his wife, Anita, are the parents of four sons and have one grandson.

    Frank Sweeney

    CFP®, CIMA®, MSF®

    Frank has worked in the financial services industry since 1995. He joined Capital Management Partners, LLC, in February 2016. Previously, he worked at Fidelity Investments and Eaton Vance in institutional sales and relationship management and as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Presently, Frank is also an adjunct Finance Professor in the MBA program at Endicott College in Beverly, MA.

    Frank is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designee specializing in investment management consulting and wealth planning. He is a graduate of Boston College, where he attained both a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Masters of Science in Finance (MSF). Frank is a FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed registered representative and an Investment Adviser Representative registered with Commonwealth Financial Network®.

    On a personal note, Frank is married to his wife Janet and has three children. He is a longtime resident of Marblehead, Massachusetts, and enjoys golfing and water sports locally. Historically, Frank has led numerous cancer funding-raising ski events and has enjoyed managing many local youth sports organizations. Frank is presently on the board of directors at the Marblehead Counseling Center and Tedesco Country Club.

    Daniel R. Santanello

    AAMS®

    Dan has worked in the financial services industry since 1983 and joined Capital Management Partners in May 2017. He is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist, a designation that he earned from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, in 2003.

    Dan has more than 33 years of experience in the investment industry. His clientele includes high-net-worth individuals, families, businesses, labor unions, and charitable foundations. Daniel works closely with them to identify their goals and develop customized solutions for their particular situations. Based on his many years in the business, Daniel has developed a network of professional partners such as trust and estate attorneys, insurance experts, and tax accountants that can be utilized when the need for their expertise develops.

    On a personal note, Dan graduated from Brown University in 1981. In his senior year, he was the captain of the varsity hockey team. He has also been a selectman in the Town of Swampscott for more than 18 years and has coached many baseball and hockey teams over the past 20 years. Dan resides in Swampscott with his wife, Sandi, and his three children; Kristin, Daniel, and Steven. He has raised over $330,000 for the Mass General Hospital Pediatric Oncology Clinic by running over 12 Boston Marathons. In fact, in 2012, he was the recipient of Mass General Hospital’s “100 Award,” given to 100 individuals whose diligence and discoveries, philanthropy and passion have helped advance the fight against cancer.
